Resin Edge Polishing Wheel
Edge resin Polishing wheel is pecifically designed for single- or multiple-head automatic edge polishing machines for straight and beveled edge polishing. Fabricators can rely on the high quality performance. Utilizing the common snail lock adapter , Snail Lock pads will easily attach to edge polishing machinery. The pads simply fit into place and lock on with a twisting motion. To remove the pads simply untwist and remove, then replace with the next grit. The “twist and lock” design saves time and increases productivity.

Application
For 5 head machines, start with 200 grit resin and follow with 500, 1000, 2000 grit resin and then Buff.

For 6 head machines, start with 100 grit resin and follow with 200, 500, 1000, 2000 grit and Buff resin.

For 8 head machines, start with 100 grit copper and follow with 100 grit resin. After that, continue with 200 grit copper, 200, 500, 1000, 2000 grit and Buff resin.
